Providing Access to Healthcare
The Southeast Indiana Health Center is a primary care facility that has been serving the medically underserved in Ripley and Franklin counties since 2013. Services are provided to qualifying patients free of charge.
The clinic offers a variety or services including primary care, acute care, chronic disease management, lab services, health education, referrals, resource connections, and more.
Services
Acute Care
Injuries, rashes, infections, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea, urinary symptoms, pain (we can not prescribe narcotics)
Mental Health
Treatment of a variety of mental health conditions including depression and anxiety. Counseling also available.
Chronic Disease Management
Hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, hyperlipidemia, GERD.
Screenings
Paps, sexually transmitted disease testing, referrals for mammograms and colonoscopies
